Baileigh RDB-050 rotary draw bender

The Baileigh RDB-050 is a rotary draw bender for tube and round bar in vehicle, chassis, railing and metal fabrication. It is operated by hand with a ratchet handle, each stroke turns the die by about 4°. A repositionable pin lets the operator choose between more leverage and a faster bending speed.

It handles mild steel and aluminium round tube up to Ø 63.5 × 3 mm, stainless and chromoly tube up to Ø 50.8 × 3 mm, mild steel round bar up to Ø 25.4 mm and square tube up to 25.4 × 3.175 mm. The centreline bending radius ranges from 76 to 178 mm, the minimum outside diameter is 19 mm. Bends of up to 180° are possible, 200° maximum.

The machine is a heavy steel construction assembled with Grade 8 bolts. A 3/4 inch counter die pin for dies under 3.5 inch radius and the operating manual are supplied, bending dies are selected separately according to tube size. Shipping weight is 136 kg.
